October Update: We are shipping out rewards this month!

Hi everyone, 

Hope everyone is having a great start to their October (can't believe it's October already!). 

We are excited to let everyone know that we will be shipping out rewards this month, so please be on the lookout for updates with more information on delivery dates. 

This means that we will be charging cards for shipping + add-ons in BackerKit on Wednesday, October 6th and locking addresses on Thursday, October 7th. The statement descriptor for the charge will read as " TSALTSEASONINGS". If you need to make any changes to your order, please reach out to us and we'd be happy to make changes to your order on your behalf. 

If you haven't filled out your survey, please use this link to retrieve your survey and fill it out as soon as you can.

Finally the packages are here and they look beautiful! We will get started on packaging the orders this week so we can ship them out to you soon!   

We will keep everyone posted on when we will charge cards in BackerKit for shipping and for add-ons, and when we will start shipping out the orders.

August Update: Locking Orders this Sunday, August 29th!

Hey guys!

Happy Wednesday. 

A quick progress update on our end - we've ordered the packets and are awaiting their arrival so we can start packaging your orders :) We are looking to start packaging as soon as we receive them, hopefully in the next couple weeks!

Also, we have been busy infusing the different blends of wine into the salt, getting them nice and dry so they are ready to be mixed into fresh batches.  It's really coming together nicely :) 

With that, we'd love to let you know that we will be locking orders in BackerKit by the end of this week, August 29th, 2021 so if you need to make last minute changes to your order, please do so before this Friday. 

As for as charging cards, we want to charge cards closer to fulfillment, so we're looking at either the mid September.  We will keep you all posted on the exact date/s for when we will charge cards so there are no surprises :) 

Lastly, a friendly reminder to our 1st day (first 24 hour) backers - as a token of appreciation, we've added 1 free packet to your order, if you haven't chosen which blend you'd like for that, please so do. You can use your survey confirmation link to access your survey and respond to the add-on question for the free packet. If you can't find your survey link, click here to retrieve your survey.

Hi everyone, 

Hope everyone is having a great start to their Wednesday! 

We want to let you know that we are sending out BackerKit surveys today. Please look for them in your email inbox today. Click on Get Started to choose the blends of your choice for your pledge rewards, add your shipping address, and to pay for shipping. If you would like to purchase additional packets, you can do so in the survey in the Add-ons section. 

Please note that shipping charges will not be charged right away. We will notify everyone before charging cards in BackerKit. 

If you cannot find the email with your survey link, you can use this link: https://tsalt-seasonings.backerkit.com to get it resend to you. If you have any questions while filling out the survey, be sure to click on the Get Help links located throughout the survey to send us an email or reach out to us here on Kickstarter.  

Lastly, we would love it if you can fill out the survey at your earliest convenience so we can lock orders in about 2 weeks. This way, we can stay on track with our shipping timeline of September to October, 2021.
