Dear Backers, Thank you for being a part of our incredible journey to bring our project to life. Now, because of your support and the support of 180 backers, we’ll be able to start our manufacturing process.

We will be sending out surveys through BackerKit in the coming weeks which allows you to choose the blends you want, add shipping address, and confirm and pay for shipping fees.

We can’t wait to get our product into your hands. We will continue to provide updates as we go.

July Update: Only 3 days left, progress update, what’s to come next and BackerKit

Hi everyone! Hope everyone is having a great day and thank you so much for your support! Our campaign ends in just 3 days! If there are family, friends and colleagues who should know about and get our delicious seasonings, please share the campaign with them :)

With that, first off, we’d love to update you all on our progress:

•  Packaging - we have finalized the design for the packaging and have submitted the work for final approval to our packaging partner, Roastar. Once approved, we expect to receive the sample packets for all 10 blends in about 2 weeks. If no further adjustments are needed, we will order the packages in larger quantities which should take about another 4 weeks. We expect to have the packaging we need on hand by mid August.
•  Ingredients - we have started to purchase ingredients in bulk so we will have the ingredients we need to fulfill everyone’s rewards! So far, we are able to obtain all of our ingredients so we don't expect any delays and should be able to fulfill rewards by October at latest.

Second, we’d love to share what’s to come:

•  July 22 - Our campaign concludes and Kickstarter will charge cards.
•  July 22 - July 29 - If your credit card fails on Kickstarter, you have 7 days to update it on Kickstarter. But if you do not get the chance to update your payment in Kickstarter, do not worry, you can update it in BackerKit.
• BackerKit - we are using BackerKit for our post campaign management. You will receive a survey from BackerKit which you can use to add your shipping address, choose the blends you would like to receive and also purchase more if you like.
•  August 2 - August 6 - we will send out BackerKit surveys. We plan to keep the surveys open for about 3-4 weeks. Be sure to fill it out as soon as you can so we can ship out the rewards as soon as we can.

Please note that shipping fees will be charged in BackerKit (see table for US backers only below), which means that you will need to add your payment information in BackerKit. BackerKit does not store credit card information. It uses Stripe integration to host and charge cards. We will also enable Local Pickup for anyone who's close to us and can pick up their rewards :)
